YOUR "CAPITAINE FRACASSE" MENU*

All our dishes are produced and made onboard in the boats’ galley, with fresh and rigorously selected produce, by Martial our Chef , “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (Best Skilled Worker in France ) .

This Menu follows the seasons and as such is modified 4 times a year.
Whatever the amount of guests, they will be able to choose a starter, main course and dessert onboard. It is therefore not necessary to order the meal in advance.

Our team of Head Waiters commit themselves to offering you perfect service and all their attention to your needs.
